1. No Return or Refund for Customer-Side Issues

Trendwali does not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds for issues arising due to the customer’s personal preferences or mistakes, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dislike of color, fabric, or design
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Wrong shipping details provided by customer
  • Minor color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Delay caused due to incorrect address or unavailability of customer

Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, size details, and images before placing an order.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim any return, replacement, or refund for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, the customer must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.

Important Conditions:

  • The video must start before opening the package.
  • The shipping label and packaging must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The package should be opened completely on camera without cuts or edits.
  • The defect or issue must be clearly shown in the same video.

Without a proper unboxing video, no return, replacement, refund, or complaint request will be accepted under any circumstances.

Screenshots or images alone will not be considered valid proof.


3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may only be considered if:

  • The customer receives a wrong item
  • The product received is physically damaged
  • The item has a major manufacturing defect

All claims are subject to verification and approval by the Trendwali team.

Trendwali reserves the full right to reject any request if the proof provided is insufficient or if the claim appears invalid or suspicious.


4. Time Limit for Reporting Issues

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


5. Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, perfume, stains, or washing will not be accepted.

Trendwali may refuse returns if the returned product does not meet our inspection standards.


6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account shared by the customer.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

Trendwali reserves the right to determine the mode of refund.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed may not be cancelled after processing or dispatch.

Trendwali reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete customer information

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
