- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
TrendWali reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to product availability, verification issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location.
Estimated Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
TrendWali reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders.
TrendWali reserves the right to:
- Disable COD for certain PIN codes
- Charge additional COD handling fees
- Refuse COD orders that appear suspicious or unverifiable
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and being available to receive the package.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Customers must provide accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
TrendWali will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address or phone number
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Additional shipping charges due to reshipment requests
If an order is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, TrendWali is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier partner issues
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen logistical problems
In rare cases of lost shipments, the matter will be investigated with the courier company before any resolution is provided.
8. Damaged Package During Delivery
Customers are advised to record a proper unboxing video while opening the package.
Any claim regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.

9. International Shipping
Currently, TrendWali may or may not offer international shipping depending on service availability. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
